You will be required to work collaboratively to navigate the Cambodian healthcare system, ensuring that HALO employees have access to safe, appropriate and quality healthcare both at the HALO locations and in other healthcare facilities across the country. You will provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities to the Chief Medic, Medical Administrator and Location Medics to help build resourcefulness and knowledge within the team. The role of the Nurse involves the provision of clinical care and advice to HALO employees and the upskilling of the national medical team.
